Meizu 16 Passes by TENAA, Nothing Left to Imagine

The Meizu 16 has made its way to TENAA and we have all the specs laid out on a platter. The 16 Plus was recently listed with all its specs and design. While we earlier believed that the Meizu 16 was going to be different from the 16 Plus, that is not the case.

Gizchina News of the week

The Meizu 16 measures 150.5 x 73.2 x 7.3mm and weighs 156 grams. It features a 6-inch  AMOLED display with a 2160 x 1080p. Under the hood lies an octa-core chipset clocked at 2.8GHz (likely the Snapdragon 845) coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. There’s a dual camera set up on the back consisting of a 12MP primary snapper and likely a 20MP secondary sensor. The front camera sensor configuration does not seem to be listed. Another notable detail is the presence of an in-display fingerprint scanner. The camera on the back has 3x optical zoom and support for 1080p video.

Apart from that the rest of the connectivity options are the same as 16 Plus, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, etc. The phone is powered by a 2950mAh battery, a tad smaller than the 16 Plus’. The Meizu 16 is an exact replica of the 16 Plus albeit smaller. The Meizu 16 and 16 Plus are all set to be launched on the 8th of August.
