As of now, the instant messaging app will continue to work on Nokia S40 phones till December 31, but you can no longer create new accounts.

Aside from the S40 phones, the Facebook-owned company also announced its plans to stop supporting devices still running Android versions 2.3.7 and older until February 1, 2020, as well as Apple iOS 7 and older until February 1, 2020.
