Unlike Huawei’s reverse charging on the Mate 20 series, Samsung’s reverse charging function will charge faster, and its maximum wireless output power is 9W, which more powerful than the standard charging head of the iPhone. Compared with the previous generation Galaxy S9 series, the biggest change in the Galaxy S10 series s the use of an on-screen fingerprint sensor and its punch-hole camera design. The Samsung Galaxy S10 series will be equipped with a Qualcomm ultrasonic on-screen fingerprint technology and the company claims that the fingerprint recognition speed and security is higher than other solutions.

In the core configuration, the Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ are equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 flagship platform (some versions are equipped with Exynos 9820). The Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 is built on a 7nm process. It uses the new three-cluster eight-core architecture, has a CPU speed of 2.84GHz and the GPU is Adreno 640.
