In October 2018, OPPO launched the first thousand yuan smartphone with a screen fingerprint recognition module, namely the OPPO K1. The latter uses a drop screen design and is equipped with a Snapdragon 660 processor. The 4GB version sells for 1599 yuan ($234) and the 6GB version for 1799 yuan ($263). There will be a few color options, including nebula purple, secret black, and morning white. The leaked features refer to the 8GB + 128GB version, which is priced at 2199 yuan ($322). But we also expect for the OPPO K3 to have a 6GB+128GB version as well, priced at around 1999 yuan ($293).
