With an official teaser from Google itself teasing the Google Pixel 4, we can say we have a slight insight about the Pixel 4. Official details about the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 on the other remain well-kept secret.  Although leaks about the device have been spreading like wildfire, the latest might have just revealed all important information.

Cnet, citing people familiar with happening at Samsung says the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 will debut during a flashy Unpacked event on Aug. 7 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn – the same center where the Note9 event took place. Some reports also point to August 10 being the launch date, but we’d given that none has so far received confirmation from Samsung.

Gizchina News of the week

With August 7th just mere weeks away, we surely will begin to witness more influx of the Note 10 leaks. As per previous leaks, Samsung will at this year’s event announce two models of the Galaxy Note 10 – a Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+, each with their 5G models. The larger of the duo according to unverified reports might launch as the Galaxy Note 10 Pro, and not the Note10+.

Both models are tipped to drop to ditch the 3.5mm headphone port, in a move that could signal a change to come with next year’s Galaxy S11 too. Although some other report also counters this, claiming the headphone jack might be part of the package.

Some other source backed with renders suggests that Samsung will launch the Note 10 with no form of physical buttons, replacing same with touch-sensitive, haptic-feedback faux buttons. That would potentially make the phone more durable and resistant to the elements. Of course, all these are mere rumors, and as such should be taken with a grain of salt.

More leaks will surely pop going forward.
