Today, Huami Technology held a new product launch conference where it officially launched the Huami Amazfit GTS smartwatch. According to the official introduction, Amazfit GTS uses a 1.65-inch square super AMOLED screen with retina-level resolution. This screen not only has 100% NTSC high color saturation but also uses a real array screen technology. The sub-pixel density approaches AMOLED mass production limit, reaching an amazing 341 PPI.

The Huami Amazfit GTS smartwatch takes full advantage of the large square display. It comes with two new custom module dials that can display more information. This watch also comes with a variety of modules which easily adjust information to make the display more efficient and convenient.

In addition, Amazfit GTS offers 12 mainstream sports modes, supports 5ATM waterproof, NFC access control bus, built-in GPS+GLONASS dual-star positioning chip, and BioTracker PPG bio-tracking optical sensor. As for its battery life, this smartwatch can last up to 14 days of consistent usage.

It is worth noting that the Amazfit GTS uses the same aerospace-grade aluminum alloy metal body as the GTR. This watch weighs only 24.8g and is only 9.4mm thick. In addition, it is available in 6 colors which includes red, grey, white, pink, light brown and black. Furthermore, this smartwatch is currently available on Tmall for 899 yuan ($125).
