The development of 5G is accelerating and since the beginning of this year, it has been spreading to different regions. Recently, Huawei VP, Hu Houkun, spoke at the 10th Global Mobile Broadband Forum (MBBF 2019). According to him, there are currently 40 5G commercial networks spread across over 20 countries. According to his estimates, by the end of this year, there will be more than 60 5G commercial networks worldwide. In addition, Huawei VP als said that at the end of September, more than 130 5G smartphones and CPEs have been launched globally.

Driven by VR, AR, and other services, mobile users’ daily traffic is drastically increasing. With the popularity of VR in games, education and social applications, consumer monthly traffic of 100GB is also very promising.

The 5G HD live broadcast in Korea allows users to watch through a 5G smartphone. When you are in a baseball game, you can choose any angle and watch a particular player.
