Oppo is set to launch newer TWS earbuds in India on June 25th. The new Oppo Enco W11 is expected to launch at a lower price tag of Rs.2,999 compared to the Enco W31 that went on sale a while back.

Design and Touch controls

E-commerce giant Flipkart’s teaser page for the Enco W11 has also went live. The new TWS earbuds will be lighter than other Enco TWS buds with just 4.4 grams of weight. Oppo says the angled design with silicone tips will offer a comfortable fit and seal for the users.

The teaser page also says the earbuds will automatically resume connection when it is brought to the paired device within 10 metres of distance. However, we are not sure if it supports Google’s Fast Pairing service. Further, the Enco W11 will also support touch controls like the Enco W31.

Users can tap once to play/pause music, tap twice to change tracks or answer/reject calls, tap thrice to wake up the voice assistant. The highlight of the TWS is the touch and hold to adjust the volume that is missing on many rivals out there. There is also a mention of Noise Cancellation in the teaser page but we will have to wait till the official launch to know the exact details of it.

Enco W11 Audio: Upgraded Drivers

The most important part, the audio, is said to be powered by an 8mm dynamic driver unit with titanium-plated composite diaphragms. This is slightly bigger compared to the 7nmm drivers found on the Enco W31. Oppo has also mentioned the earbuds will have enhanced bass output and support AAC audio codec format. However, other formats like SBC, LDAC, Qualcomm’s aptX are not mentioned.

Battery: More playback time compared to Enco W31

Interestingly enough, the new Enco W11 will give a combined battery life of up to 20 hours in total. The buds itself promise a 5hr playback with a single charge. This is significantly higher than the 15hr playback on the W31 and M31 that launched a while back.

Other features include Bluetooth 5.0 that supports low latency mode and IP55 rating. In comparison,  the Enco W31 had slightly lower IP54 on the W31.

Price and Launch date

There is no mention of price in the teaser page however, reports indicate it will be priced at Rs.2,999. The earbuds will be available on Flipkart post the launch that is set for June 25th.
