Huawei continues to release smartphones and the most important premiere; of the second half of this year will be the announcement of the Mate 40 series. According to previous reports, the FRL-AN00a model number belongs to the upcoming Huawei smartphone the Enjoy 20 Plus 5G smartphone. The smartphone has now appeared in the product library of China Telecom. The latest listing has revealed its release date, specifications, pricing and more. There are high chances that this device may be rebranded as Huawei Mate 40 Lite, Huawei Y9a; and Huawei P Smart Pro 2021 in different markets.

The Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus will be flaunting a 6.63-inch IPS LCD FHD+ screen without a notch on the front. Instead, it has a pop-up selfie camera module comprising of a 16-megapixel shooter. Moving on to the back, its rear features include a round-shaped camera module as seen on the Mate 30 Pro; consisting of a 48-megapixel primary + 8-megapixel ultra-wide+ 2-megapixel triple camera system.
The smartphone was previously rumoured to pack in the new Kirin 820 SoC, but instead; the Enjoy 20 Plus is powered by the Dimensity 720 chipset. The handset is equipped with a 4,200mAh battery and it is expected to come with 40W fast charging support. Furthermore, As per the Enjoy 20 Plus 5Gās render shared by Digital Chat Station; Evidently the phone has a volume rocker and a fingerprint reader on the right edge, a SIM card tray, a USB-C port, and a speaker grill at the bottom, alongside a 3.5mm audio jack at the top. However, The left spine of the Enjoy 20 Plus 5G is left blank.

The listing for the Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus 5G reveals that the handset will be available in three models; including a 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage variant priced at 1,899 Yuan (~$274); a 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage priced at 2,299 Yuan (~$332); and the 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage priced for 2,499 Yuan.
However, we do recommend you to take the pricing information with a pinch of salt; as the company is yet to announce the smartphone. The listing further exposed that the smartphone; will be available in various colours like Magic Night Black, Emerald Green, Galaxy Silver, Sakura Snow, and Snow Clear Sky. The phone is programmed to release in the market on Sept. 3. Hence, it appears that the Chinese manufacturer may soon confirm on its launch date in multiple markets.
