Apple online store

Apple is finally set to launch its fully-fledged online store in India next week. The Cupertino-based brand recently announced the same through its Newsroom webpage. The all-new online store will see its official launch on September 23 i.e. the coming Wednesday. Originally, Apple’s online store was supposed to launch earlier this year but it got dawdled due to the unforeseeable circumstances. At the time of writing this, the smartphone maker relies heavily on authorized distributors and retailers across the country for its offline sales. For the online market, Amazon and Flipkart are usually the ones selling Apple products.

With the launch of its online store, Apple will now have a direct retail presence in India. You might be wondering what else this online store opening will bring. Well, here’s everything you need to know about the company’s new step.

Apple online store to bring the same premium experience to India!

Unlike other parts of the world, Apple doesn’t have any direct retail presence in the offline market. To change that, Apple is now launching its online store in the country. The brand claims that it will bring the same premium experience to the masses via the online channel of course. The online store will consist of Apple Specialists that will help you choose the right product. These specialists will be available in both English and Hindi languages. Customers will now be able to buy all the Apple products from Apple itself.

The iPhone-maker will also offer various financing options along with trade-in programs. These are being done in order to make the products more affordable to the masses. Students, on the other hand, will also be able to enjoy special pricing and discounts on Mac, iPad, accessories, and AppleCare+ service. The official press release does not mention the range of iPhones on the same.

Furthermore, in order to keep the health and well-being of Apple’s teams, communities, and customers, the company will ship the orders with contactless delivery. For instance, if the order doesn’t require any signatures, it will be left outside the customer’s door. On contrary, the order that will require a signature will instead make use of the verbal confirmation from a safe distance.

Apple to benefit from the coming festive season

Apple’s online store is launching just in the time of the coming festive season in India. The direct presence might end up benefiting the brand during the season. In fact, Apple will offer personalized engraving along with signature gift wrap for select products. The engravings can be done in various languages namely English, Hindi, Bengali, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu. Lastly, it will also offer free online Today at Apple sessions focused on photography and music. These online sessions will led by local Creative Pros.
