Realme will release the Realme Q3 series which it calls the “Thousand Yuan Machine King” on April 22. By “Thousand Yuan Machine King”, the company means that this device will have a price tag between 1000 yuan ($154) to 1999 yuan ($308). One of the new additions to this smartphone is that it comes with a self-luminous fluorescent logo on the rear. Realme assures users that the self-luminous fluorescent logo does not consume the phone’s battery at all.
According to @DigitalChatStation, this series will have three models, all of which support 5G. In addition, this smartphone will also have a unique psychedelic silver color. Looking at the information so far, the Realme Q3 series will have Realme Q3, Q3 Pro, and Q3i. These smartphones will come with Snapdragon 750G, Dimensity 1100, and Dimensity 800U SoCs respectively.
The batteries are all higher than 4500 mAh and they will support 18W/30W fast charging. In the camera department, the rear main camera adopts 48MP, 48MP, 64MP design. Probably, the Realme Q3 Pro will use the 64MP camera while the Q3 and Q3i will use the 48MP sensor. This is a unique configuration for a thousand yuan smartphone. On the rear, it will have a main 64MP camera in a triple camera setup. Despite the 4500 mAh battery, the overall thickness of this smartphone is just 8.4mm.
Overall, the Realme Q3i should be the cheapest smartphone in the series. Its price will be more attractive than the rest of the series. However, it will have lesser performance than the others.
