HarmonyOS is designed for IoT

Huawei will try to convince partners to make a good product and join the HarmonyOS Connect ecosystem. The seamless interconnectivity of this system will ensure that there are no delays in connection. Users can connect their smart devices to the internet by simply touching their smartphones. In fact, users can control smart devices without installing any application. This effectively solves the problem of low utilization of a device’s smart features. It also brings a fast and low-cost connection for users.

Furthermore, HarmonyOS ensures that different devices with individual functions can link together and work as a super terminal. Despite the differences in the hardware, the system brings these devices together. It delivers effectively depending on the need of the user. This means that the user has to set the way he wants this system to work. For example, at home, an air conditioner with HarmonyOS can connect seamlessly to a smartwatch to form a super terminal. The air conditioner will automatically adjust its cooling temperature based on the user’s heart rate data on the smartwatch.

Furthermore, users can obtain technical certification for ecological products with a week. The new HarmonyOS Connect technology certification platform permits this

After the official launch of the HarmonyOS upgrade plan, the company announced that the process will be complete on August 18th. Eligible hardware vendors, solution vendors, and channel vendors can apply to join to jointly build the HarmonyOS Connect ecosystem. Not only that, Huawei has also created an exclusive E2E cooperative business online service platform for partners. The platform provides one-stop service capabilities from registration, development/certification, and market planning to help partners complete product launches efficiently and at low cost.
