Phillips has launched a new lineup of TWS earbuds, dubbed the Philips SBH2515BK/10 and Philips TAT3225BK in India. On Tuesday, TPV Technology dropped a pair of new truly wireless earbuds in the country in a bid to expand its portfolio. For those unaware, TPV has acquired Philips’ brand name from Koninklijke Philips N.V in 2012.

The Philips SBH2515BK/10 and the TAT3225BK TWS earbuds feature a multi-function button. You can control calls or music without even taking out your phone by using the aforesaid multi-function button. As if that weren’t enough, the Philips SBH2515BK/10 can be used as a power bank. You can save some power and use it to charge the earbuds, as well as your phone. The Philips TAT3225BK, on the other hand, is rated build for water-resistant.

The Philips SBH2515BK/10 TWS earbuds will set you back INR 9,999 (about $135). The Philips TAT3225BK is available for INR 7,990 (about $107). The Philips SBH2515BK/10 TWS earbuds will compete with the likes of the HiFuture Tidybuds Pro. The Tidybuds Pro also comes in a case that serves as a power bank. The Philips ​​TAT3225BK will be taking on the Realme Buds Q2 and the OnePlus Buds Z. The Buds Z comes with ANC (active noise cancellation) support.

Philips TAT3225BK earbuds support Bluetooth v5.1 connectivity and come with 13mm drivers. The earbuds’ impedance is 32 ohm with a frequency response between 20 to 20000Hz. Moreover, the TAT3225BK is rated IPX4 for sweat and splash resistance. The Philips TAT3225BK offers a playtime of up to 24 hours with the charging case. This bundled charging case reportedly takes just two hours to fully charge the true wireless earbuds. The earbuds come with built-in batteries that offer a standalone playtime of six hours on a single charge.

The SBH2515BK/10 earbuds come with 6mm neodymium acoustic drivers with an impedance of 16 ohms. Their frequency response is between 20 to 20000Hz. Aside from that, they have an oval-shaped acoustic tube that boosts passive noise isolation. The mono mode of the earbuds allows ambient noise. Aside from that, the SBH2515BK/10 features multi-function buttons and can be paired with any compatible device via Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.
