Vivo X70 Pro smartphone has appeared on Google Play Console, revealing some of its specifications and other details. The Chinese smartphone maker launched the X60 series in several markets including India and its home country in December last year. So, ideally, the company should be gearing up to launch its successor in December 2021. However, it appears that may not be the case.
The Vivo V2104 and the V2105 phones that were listed on the Geekbench benchmarking site recently are speculated to be the global models of the Vivo X70 and X7 Pro. The Vivo X70 series of smartphones is likely to include the Vivo X70 Pro Plus, Vivo X70 Pro, and the standard Vivo X70. Now, the Pro variant has been spotted on Google Play Console and a list of Google Supported Devices.
Vivo X70 Pro Appears On Google Play Console
As expected, the Vivo X70 Pro Google Play Console listing has revealed some key specifications of the upcoming smartphone. Moreover, the listing includes an image of the Vivo V2105. In the image, the phone appears to sport a punch-hole display and curved edges. The phone’s display delivers 1080 x 2376 pixels resolution and a pixel density of 440 PPI. The phone seems to feature the same AMOLED screen of 6.56-inch that was available on the Vivo X60 Pro.
Tipster Mukul Sharma took to his Twitter account to confirm the phone’s appearance on the Google Play Console listing, Google Supported Devices list, and reveal some specs. According to the tweet, a Dimensity 1200 chipset (model number MT6893) is available under the hood. The MediaTek MT6893 is the company’s most powerful chipsets, according to a report from Revu.

It will ship with 8GB of RAM, and run on Android 11 OS preinstalled. If rumors making the rounds online are anything to go by, the Vivo X70 lineup will be unveiled in September. Furthermore, the Play Console listing hints at an imminent launch of the device. There is a possibility that the X70 and X70 Pro could boast almost the same specs, with some minor differences in the optics department. Furthermore, the X70 duo will come with the company’s own “Yueying” ISP chip.
