Oppo K9s smartphone’s specifications and other key details have surfaced online, hinting at an imminent launch. Earlier this month, an Oppo phone carrying model number PERM10 bagged China’s 3c certification. The same model number appeared on TENAA. Now, it seems that Oppo is gearing up to launch the aforesaid phone in China with the Oppo K9s moniker.
To recall, Oppo launched the K9 Pro carrying a price tag of 2399 yuan (about $370) earlier this month. The handset offers flagship-level specifications and a highly appealing outward appearance. Furthermore, the phone packed a powerful Dimensity 1200 chipset under the hood. If rumors making the rounds online are anything to go by, the company is on the verge of unveiling another K9 series phone with sufficiently good specifications.

Aside from that, the poster suggests that the phone will pack a Snapdragon 778G SoC. Also, it claims that the device will come with an X-axis linear motor that offers better 4G in-game vibrations. Furthermore, the Oppo K9s will go on sale in three color options. These include Purple, Silver, and Black.

According to popular Chinese leaker @DigitalChatStation, Oppo is gearing up to unveil the Oppo K9s smartphone. Moreover, the noted blogger has divulged key specifications along with three official-looking renders of the K9s. The tipster claims that the phone will come with Qualcomm’s 6 nm-based premium mid-range chipset, dubbed the Snapdragon 778G. This piece of information corroborates details revealed by WHY LAB.
Furthermore, the phone will not feature an AMOLED display but feature a 6.59 inches LCD display with a single punch-hole, and Full HD+ (1080p) resolution. Moreover, the phone will support a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is 8.52mm in thickness and weighs 199 grams. The front-mounted 16MP shooter is accommodated inside the punch-hole cutout. The phone houses three rear-mounted cameras.
These include a 64MP main camera, an 8MP, and 2MP sensors. Moreover, the phone will be drawing its juices from a 5000mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging.
