The Motorola Edge 20 managed to garner huge popularity among smartphone users. Still riding high on the success of its well-received Edge 20 series, the US-based telecommunications company is on the verge of unveiling the Motorola Edge 30. Moreover, earlier reports suggest that the next lineup will feature multiple variants.
The company recently teased the Motorola Edge X ahead of the smartphone’s imminent launch. As expected, some vital pieces of information about the phone surfaced online before its official unveiling. The word on the street is that the device will go official carrying the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra moniker in some regions. Now, 91mobiles have teamed up with noted leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer (OnLeaks) to give us our first glimpse of the upcoming smartphone.

The biggest leak yet of the Edge 30 Ultra divulges nearly all key details, leaving little to the imagination. The renders showcase a punch-hole cutout, with a trademark Moto dimple on the rear panel. Aside from that, it features a visually unique rear camera setup. This camera module houses three sensors. The punch-hole cutout is available in the center to accommodate the front shooter. Moreover, the flat edges, complement the slim bezels of the handset. According to a report from GSM Arena, the phone could feature a 60MP selfie camera. The left edge houses a power button.
The volume rocker and the Google Assistant key are available on the right side. The bottom of the smartphone features a USB Type-C port, primary microphone, and speaker grille. The rear panel has notable curves at the edges. The rectangular module has three cameras, along with an LED flash. Aside from that, it comes with a noise-canceling microphone. Aside from that, the smartphone will probably have an in-display fingerprint sensor. The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra appears in Blue and Grey colors in the exclusive look. However, more color options could be unveiled at the launch.

According to Hemmerstoffer, the smartphone will sport a mammoth 6.6-inch flat display that has a punch-hole cutout. Aside from that, an earlier leak suggests that the handset will feature an OLED panel. Moreover, it is likely to offer a high refresh rate of 144Hz, coupled with HDR10+ video technology. For optics, the smartphone has a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and an unimpressive 2MP third module. Moreover, the phone is likely to feature probably the highest 60MP front shooter on any phone.
Furthermore, the phone will draw its juices from a 5000mAh battery. The phone’s dimensions are 163.1 x 76.5 x 8.8mm. Earlier leaks suggest that the 50MP main camera will be an OmniVision OV50A lens. Likewise, there will be a Samsung JN150 ultrawide sensor, along with a 2MP OmniVision OV20B1B depth sensor. The phone’s robust battery will reportedly support 68W fast charging. Also, the Motorola Edge 30 Ultra will be one of the first handsets to pack the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 SoC under the hood.
