The popular Chinese smartphone brand is gearing up for the imminent launch of its new OnePlus 10 series smartphones. The word on the street is that the lineup includes a OnePlus 10 Pro model, and that will go official on January 11. With a lot of hype surrounding the phone’s launch, the OnePlus 10 Pro has been popping up on the internet in the form of leaks. Now, reliable leaker Ishan Agarwal has divulged the full specifications of the OnePlus 10 Pro.

The complete list of OnePlus 10 Pro specifications has been revealed ahead of the phone’s official unveiling. Aside from that, Ishan Agarwal shared a OnePlus 10 Pro render via a tweet on Friday, December 31. The photo showcases the phone’s triple rear-mounted camera setup. Moreover, it confirms that the phone will be available in green and black color options. There is a possibility that the Chinese smartphone maker will unveil more color variants at launch. Details about the phone’s exact launch date are still scarce. However, an earlier Weibo post from OnePlus CEO Pete Lau confirms that the phone will launch in January 2022.
In his tweet, Agarwal suggests that the OnePlus 10 Pro will sport a mammoth 6.7-inch LTPO display panel that offers a 120Hz refresh rate and QHD+ resolution. Moreover, he claims that the phone will be backed by a robust 5,000mAh battery that supports 50W AirVOOC for reverse charging, as well as 80W SuperVOOC charging. Under the hood, the phone will pack a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. If this speculation proves to be true, the OnePlus 10 Pro will be one of the first smartphones to be powered by the new mobile processor from Qualcomm.

For optics, the OnePlus 10 Pro could house a 48MP, a 50MP, and an 8MP camera at the back, according to Agarwal’s tweet. Furthermore, OnePlus will reportedly team up with the iconic camera firm, Hasselblad for its camera software. For selfie enthusiasts, the upcoming OnePlus 10 series phone will probably feature a 32MP camera. This front shooter will also come in handy for video calling.. Also, the phone will reportedly ship with LPDDR5 RAM and offer UFS 3.1 storage.
The OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone’s dimensions are 163×73.8×8.5mm. In another tweet, Agarwal revealed that the smartphone will not run OnePlus’ new unified OS. However, he claims that the company could roll out the operating system to the device before it launches in different regions.
The rear camera setup of the OnePlus 10 Pro seems to draw inspiration from the Samsung Galaxy S21. The camera module appears to wrap around the device. A recently surfaced teaser video has already given us a clearer view of the OnePlus 10 Pro’s outward appearance. The video showcases the phone’s rear panel design and confirms the phone’s black and green color variants. As if that weren’t enough, it also shows the Hasselblad branding next to the device’s triple camera setup at the back.
