OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone’s teaser video has popped up on the internet, hinting at the phone’s imminent arrival and teasing its awe-inspiring design. The OnePlus 10 series smartphones have been making multiple appearances online. The rumor mill has been churning out all sorts of speculations surrounding the OnePlus 10 Pro model lately. Breaking its silence, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer recently confirmed that the OnePlus 10 Pro will go official in the company’s home country in January 2022.
Despite an official confirmation of the launch month, details about the launch date were still few and far between until now. A recently surfaced OnePlus 10 Pro promotional video gives us our first look at the handset’s design. Aside from that, the leaked promo has revealed the OnePlus 10 Pro phone’s launch date.

Tipster Mayank Kumar tweeted the teaser video on Thursday, December 30. According to the video, the OnePlus 10 Pro will launch in China on January 11, 2022. However, it is unclear whether the phone will go official in other regions on the same day. Nevertheless, the video shows the OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone’s design in all its glory. The rear panel design coincides with previously leaked renders (via 91mobiles). Moreover, the OnePlus 10 Pro will be available in green and black color options.

Aside from that, the camera module will have the Hasselblad branding. The rear-mounted camera setup will comprise three cameras. The phone will sport a curved display. Also, there will be a punch-hole cutout on the left side of the screen to accommodate the selfie camera. The bottom will house the speaker grille, primary microphone, a USB Type-C charging port, a SIM tray, and a USB Type-C charging port. The right edge will feature OnePlus’ iconic alert slider. The volume up and down button will be on the left side. The promo video does not reveal other details about the upcoming 10 Pro.

As mentioned the OnePlus 10 Pro has been floating around the rumor mill for a long time. Moreover, the OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone passed through Geekbench earlier this month with some key specs. Upfront, the handset is likely to feature a 6.7-inch display with QHD+ resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it will pack a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. Furthermore, the device will reportedly ship with 8GB of RAM and offer 128GB of onboard storage capacity.
For optics, the OnePlus 10 Pro will house a 48MP, a 50MP, and an 8MP camera at the back. Aside from that, the phone will come with a 32MP selfie camera. The phone will be drawing its juices from a 5,000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging. The cell uses the USB Type-C charging port.
