A day after the launch of this device, the company released the first firmware update 1.2.22 for the smart band. The app log shows that the Xiaomi Band 7 Pro is official and users should please upgrade to the latest version to experience the full functionality. According to feedback from netizens, the second update for the Xiaomi Band 7 Pro is now available. The Band 7 Pro has pushed the new firmware 1.2.38. The update log shows that the experience of XiaoAi has been optimized and known problems have been fixed.

According to feedback from netizens, before the update, the band could not recognize Xiaoai for many users. Previously, in firmware 1.2.22 on the first day, the Band 7 Pro supports WeChat payment, adding 3 automatic motion recognition, skipping rope, elliptical machine, and rowing machine. It also supports editing of some preset dial components as well as more market dials. In addition, this update also optimizes Bluetooth disconnection reminders, and health monitoring functions such as sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, etc.

The Band 7 Pro uses a large square screen (1.64 inches) for the first time. It uses a screen ratio of 70%, supports AOD screen display, and is also equipped with a colourful wristband. It adopts a quick-release buckle design and supports intelligent brightness adjustment. The Xiaomi Band 7 Pro has a built-in GPS module, which can accurately record the movement trajectory even without the mobile phone. It also has 117 built-in sports modes and 10 running courses of different intensities.
