I don’t think this will come as much of a surprise to many. The Z Fold 4 and the Flip 4 are almost impossible to repair. You need a certified Samsung technician to be able to do that for you.

Even if you are able to get a good technician who can dismantle it, you cannot get replacement parts out there to buy. Samsung did not make the replacement parts available to third-party technicians to purchase. And the worse part? Samsung charges $500 to fix either the Fold 4 or the Flip 4 if broken.

As long as we are talking about hardware, I think it also makes sense to talk about the most innovative design. Smartphone designs don’t really come with innovations these days.
