ChatGPT: Baidu To Use Its AI Service After CNET Failed

AI service of ChatGPT

Baidu is going to add an AI service of ChatGPT. And, ChatGPT is a controversial service that has been in the news for quite some time. The company plans to use this tool in its Ernie system.

This system is a machine learning model. Moreover, Baidu has trained this large-scale system over several years. Notably, the tool is excellent in understanding and generating language.

Not to mention, ChatGPT is created by Open AI. Lately, this model has gained so much popularity around the world. The reason for its popularity is that its answers are based on facts.

Moreover, the answers are written in a human-like way. It can even create code. Microsoft funded $1 billion in Open AI in 2019. Reports say the company plans to use this technology in its Bing search engine.

AI Service of ChatGPT Will Be a Threat To Google:

It appears that ChatGPT is going to create high competition for Google. Keeping this in view, it is a threat to Google. Therefore, Google has started developing its own AI technology.

Moreover, the company aims to accelerate the development of “Code Red.” CEO of Google, Sundar Pichai, says that Google aims to rival ChatGPT with its technology. And it is looking to reveal its 20 or more AI products.

There will also be a chatbot for the Google search engine.  And the company will show all of this at its I/O conference in May this year. On the other side, Baidu is facing difficulties in search.

Thus, it sees the AI Service of ChatGPT as an alternative to rival its competitors. Recently, ChatGPT has received a positive response from its users worldwide. However, there are some drawbacks to this technology.

As per reports, the tool could not perform well when CNET has this tool for AI-written articles. There were a lot of mistakes and plagiarism issues.

Not only this, but a few other organizations have tested this technology and remain hopeless. Time will show how the AI service of ChatGPT will help Baidu.
