Honor Magic6 Passes by 3C Certification, Charging Details Confirmed

Honor Magic6

The Honor Magic5 series arrived earlier this year, and apparently, Honor is ready to introduce new smartphones under its premium series. The upcoming series of flagship smartphones will come under the Honor Magic6 moniker, and apparently, the device that carries this name has been certified by the Chinese 3C Authority. Typically, the passage in this certification points to an imminent reveal. Furthermore, the Honor Magic6 was spotted on 3C with 66W charging and had some details revealed. In this article, we will discuss the device’s appearance on the 3C certification which hints at a nearing reveal for this smartphone series.

Honor Magic6 Confirmed with 66W Fast-Charging

Gizchina News of the week

The 3C certification lists the Honor Magic6 as BVL-AN00 and details its charger – an HN-110600C00 and HW-110600C02 adapter capable of a 66W (11V/6) maximum charging speed. The handset can also deliver 10W and 40W. Interestingly, this is the same output as the adapter that comes with the Honor Magic5 Pro.

Previous reports have been suggesting the Honor Magic6 would bump the speed of charging to 80W. However, this does not seem to be the case with the vanilla smartphone.
