Vivo V30 Lite

vivo has introduced a new variant of the V30 Lite in Cambodia, adding to the existing models available in other regions. This latest iteration offers a compelling combination of display quality, fast charging, and a competitive price point.

Sharing the same design language as the vivo T3 (iQOO Z9), the V30 Lite differentiates itself through its chipset and charging capabilities. Under the hood lies a Snapdragon 685 processor, a 6nm LTE platform featuring an octa-core CPU for efficient performance. Visually, the phone boasts a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a sharp Full HD+ resolution with vibrant 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. And a smooth up to 120Hz refresh rate for a responsive user experience.

While the triple-lens rear camera design might suggest a multi-camera system, the V30 Lite opts for a dual-camera setup. The primary sensor is a capable 50MP unit, accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor for enhanced portrait photography. The front-facing camera offers an 8MP resolution for capturing selfies.

Also, this V30 Lite marks a significant step for vivo, introducing 80W fast charging technology for the first time in their Lite series. The company claims the phone can achieve an 80% charge in just 30 minutes. Ensuring you’re never far from a full battery. Additionally, vivo guarantees the battery will retain up to 80% of its original capacity after 1600 charge cycles. Translating to over four years of daily use.

On the software side, the V30 Lite runs Funtouch 14 on top of Android 14, providing a user-friendly experience with the latest operating system features. However, it’s worth noting the absence of a 3.5mm headphone jack and NFC support for contactless payments.

So, available in Crystal Black and Crystal Green, the V30 Lite comes in an 8GB RAM + 256GB storage configuration for the Cambodian market, priced at KHR 1.2 million (approximately $299). An alternative 8GB RAM + 128GB storage version is available in Russia for RUB24,999 (roughly $270), offering a more budget-conscious option.

The arrival of the V30 Lite in Cambodia demonstrates vivo’s commitment to catering to diverse market segments. With its impressive display, rapid charging technology, and competitive price tag, this new addition provides a compelling choice for value-seeking smartphone users.
