Motorola has officially unveiled the Moto G64 5G, scheduled for launch in India on April 16th. The phone boasts several impressive features for a mid-range offering. Including the world’s first application of the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 SoC. This processor promises efficient performance, ideal for everyday tasks and multimedia consumption.

The Moto G64 5G comes in two storage configurations: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. Both options offer further expandability through a microSD card slot that supports up to 1TB of additional storage.

On the software front, the phone runs the latest Android 14 with Motorola’s My UX interface. Users can expect an upgrade to Android 15 in the future, along with three years of security updates. Demonstrating Motorola‘s commitment to software support.

The rear camera system features a dual setup, headlined by a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) for sharper photos and steadier videos. An 8MP ultrawide sensor with a 118-degree field of view offers expansive shots and can also double for capturing macro close-ups.

Battery life is a major selling point for the Moto G64 5G. The phone packs a massive 6,000mAh battery, promising extended use on a single charge. While the phone supports 30W fast charging, Motorola has included a 33W charger in the box for even faster power delivery.

Rounding out the feature set is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for secure unlocking, an IP52 water and dust resistance rating for added peace of mind, and a USB-C port for charging and data transfer. Notably, the phone retains a beloved feature – a 3.5mm headphone jack. Alongside stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Moto Spatial Sound for an enhanced audio experience.
