A new government funded iPhone app which is offering free condoms to it's users is struggling to take off in China, as the those in charge are only handing out low quality, no brand condoms!
The free condom service, which even boast free home delivery, is currently on trial, but many Chinese consumers seem dubious to take the offer up as the brand of condom offered is from an unknown local company.
Beijinger's interviewed about the application commented on the risks of using contraceptive from an unknown company:
"These brands are completely new to me, so I don't think it's worth trying, considering the high risks,"
The free condom offer is also open to Android users, but they don't get the free application to go along with it, and instead have to rely on visiting the website.
