Lenovo K900 rumoured to cost between $480-$560, Android 4.2 coming soon

Lenovo have certainly come up in the mobile world with the new Intel Clover Field equipped K900, but one question we have on our lips is just how much will this 5.5-inch beast cost once launched? We'll we might have uncovered the answer!

According to reports on Chinese tech sites the Lenovo K900 is expected to go on sale for between 3000 - 3500 Yuan which roughly converts to between $480 - $560. If this is correct then the K900 has a very similar price point to flagship phones from Oppo, ZTE, Nubia and Huawei.

But compared to the Oppo Find 5, Huawei Ascend D2, Nubia Z5 and ZTE Grand S, the Lenovo manages to pack that awesome 2Ghz, Intel Clover Field Atom CPU, and larger 5.5-inch 1080p display.

The rest of the specs are very similar with each phone bagging 2GB RAM, 13 mega-pixel Sony Exmor main camera and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, but this is another area where the Lenovo might out shine the rest, as it is expected the K900 will get an Android 4.2 Jelly Bean update not long after launch!

While we might have the pricing issue resolved, there are still a few details which are unknown such as the size of the K900 battery, if the phone offers LTE support, and most importantly when the Lenovo K900 will launch.
