This is not the
first time we have discussed the idea that the
Meizu MX3 could run
Samsung's latest Exynos 5 Octa core
processor, however it is the
first time
Meizu have discussed the idea!
Meizu are China's boutique phone maker. Their
phones are usually made to high standard, boast great
features and
Samsung hardware and pack one of our personal favourite Android
ROM's named Flyme. While the hardware side of
Meizu phones has been good since the MX, trouble with buggy ROM's and app compatibility has plagued
Meizu and hindered growth.
Hopefully these issues have been addressed for the rumoured
Meizu MX3, which according to Meizu's Facebook page will boast a 5.1-inch 1920 x 1200
display, a narrower bezel and Samsung's latest
8-core Exynos 5410 Octa CPU!
It actually comes as no
surprise that
Meizu will be using the new
8-core Sammy chip, as each Android
Meizu phone to date has used a flagship
Samsung CPU. What does
surprise us it the "Narrower Bezel"comment! The current MX2 already has super narrow borders and we can't imagine then being much thinner!
