Elephone's P9000 lineup gets re-named; Announcement on 25th December

The P9000 series from Elephone happens to be one of the most anticipated lineup of phones. While to-be buyers and enthusiasts wait for the official launch, Elephone has decided to give the lineup a bit of a refresh.

Before you think that there's hardware changes taking place, let me tell you that it's only the names of the phones that are going to be different from what they were before today.

The ex-P9000 will now be the P9000 Edge; the ex-P9000 Lite will now be simply the P9000; the ex-P9000C will now be the P9000 Lite. Pretty darn confusing indeed!

The 'Edge' suffix is probably to emphasise the bezel-free nature of the P9000 Edge. We shall see!

That isn't all. Elephone have also an announcement scheduled for 25th of December, when more details about these three phones are expected to be divulged.
