You Know When Android is on the up when: Disney Goes Android

News of a 3D Android phone with Disney branding, might not sound like much to scream and shout about, but what about Disney’s Apple connection?

Apple CEO Steve Jobs is also on the board of directors at Disney, an Android running Disney cell phone can’t have slipped him by, so why has he given the go ahead to rival Google and it’s Android OS?

The Disney phone has been developed to make use of new 3D technology that doesn’t require the use of special glasses (so it’s probably using Sharp screens). As well as 3D the handset gets a 1Ghz CPU, 9.6 mega-pixel camera, Android 2.2, over the air TV and special access to a personalized Disney email account.

With those impressive specs and Steve Jobs' blessing the Disney phone and Android are going to be hot property over the coming year!
