OnePlus is slowly slipping the beans about its upcoming OnePlus Pad Go 2 tablet. The new device will launch alongside the OnePlus 15R and the Watch Lite on December 17. Ahead of the launch, the brand keeps sharing some additional tidbits about this phone's specs. Today, the company confirmed a massive battery coming with this phone alongside fast-charging support. Other details have been revealed as well.

OnePlus Pad Go 2 Comes with Large Display and Huge Battery

The OnePlus Pad Go 2 will come with a large 12.1-inch display with up to 900nits in high-brightness mode. There is also a 7:5 aspect ratio, an 88.5% screen-to-body ratio, and a resolution of 2800 x 1980 pixels. The panel will also come with support for Dolby Vision.

As we've mentioned before, one of the slate's highlights is in the battery capacity. The device will come with support for 33W fast-charging and 6.5W reverse charging. That's a great battery capacity, meaning a long endurance for regular activity. Gaming will probably drain the battery faster, but the 33W should make the charging process less obnoxious. The phone can also charge other devices by needed.
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 offers support for a stylus, with OnePlus introducing the Pad Go 2 Stylo featuring 4,096 pressure points. Under the hood, the device will carry the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra SoC. This chipset is in the intermediary spot, but basically every app on the  Play Store will work well. When it comes to gaming, it has good capabilities, but you will need to tweak the settings for the more demanding ones.

As usual, the Pad Go 2 will embrace the trend of AI. The slate comes with AI features such as AI writer, AI Translation, and AI Recorder. In India, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 will sell on December 18.
We expect OnePlus to keep sharing more details in the coming days.
