Blackview rolling out BV5000 OTA today

If you are the owner of a rugged Blackview BV5000 then watch out for another OTA update starting today.

During my review of the rugged Blackview BV5000 I received an OTA update, and now a second OTA is rolling out for the phone. The OTA is a small one and all begin seeding today, so watch out for the notification for the next few days or so.

The update bring a few optimisations and bug fixes but the most notable features are optimisations to the camera’s sharpness and a fix which prevents the the previous image on the display to ghost when navigating through settings (an issue that we hadn’t noticed on our sample).

Blackview are also offering the Blackview BV5000 at only $127.99 during a one day special offer starting tomorrow.
