A few months ago the internet was alive with rumours and news regarding the Beidou Little Pepper phones in both dual-core and Tegra 3 quad-core variants. Well months have passed and we are sill waiting for an updated dual-core model and the quad-core Beidou little pepper to launch but could this Monday bring the news we have been waiting for?

According to a message posted on Weibo, Beidou are going to release details of a 'unidentified phone' could this be an dual-c0re MT6577 sub $100 Little Pepper? Will we finally get news and launch date for the Tegra 3 Quad-core Little Pepper, or is the announcement going to be about an all new device?
