Exclusive: Next Generation Xiaomi MI2 Leaked Photos and Specifications!

Hold on to your hat's Xiaomi fans as we have news that is going to rock your world! The second generation Xiaomi Android phone, dubbed the MI2 has been leaked on the net with a number of photos and specifcation highlights to boot! Keep reading for more details!

Rumors of a second generation Xiaomi Android phone have been circling for a while now with some reports claiming the new Xiaomi will have a 2Ghz CPU while others claimed that the new phone would support both Android and Windows operating systems!

Well while not all the questions surrounding the next generation Xiaomi phone have been answered these leaked photos and partial specifications do a good job of telling us what the Xiaomi MI2 will be like.

According to reports over at Xiaomifans the MI2 will boast an improved screen plus a Qualcomm APQ8064 quad-core processor and will still manage to cost a low low price of only 1999 Yuan ($313). What's more of a surprise is the fact the report confirms that the Xiaomi MI2 will in fact support both Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and the latest mobile Windows OS Windows 8!

Other features which the leaked second generation Xiaomi MI2 show is that the new phone will feature dual LED rear flash for the rear camera, and will have an all new, and as far as we know, unique body which opens vertically to gain access to the battery and SIM card. This new body will also allow for a number of two tone colour combinations to really make the next-generation Xiaomi unique!

The best part of this rumor however is that we even have a rumored launch date for the new Xiaomi MI2! According to the report the new Quad-core Xiaomi phone will be launched next month on 16th August which also happens to the the anniversry of the MIUI Rom!
