While Chinese phone enthusiasts wait for the MediaTek
Helio P10 powered Elephone P9000 Lite to come out, India's Wickedleak has already gone on to
launch a phone of the same calibre.
Known as the Wickedleak Wammy Note 5, the phone has 4GB of RAM with a MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755) processor. And it's easily the company's most powerful phone to date.
The Wammy Note 5 will cost 16,990 INR/$255 in India, where it is scheduled to go on sale 15th January 2016 onwards.
Registrations for the sale begin tomorrow, i.e., 22nd December.
Full specifications of this powerhouse include a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080p display (covered in 2.5D curved glass), a 13 mega-pixel rear (Sony sensor) and an 8 mega-pixel (OmniVision sensor) front facing camera, and fingerprint recognition... this is of course, besides the aforementioned
4GB RAM and Helio P10.
There's no word on the battery capacity yet.
