Realme is gearing up to reveal its next flagship lineup in the form of the Realme GT 8 and GT 8 Pro. The devices will carry the
Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and Snapdragon 8 Elite chipsets, respectively. The Pro version
recently visited Geekbench, now it was the vanilla's turn to do rounds around the popular benchmarking platform.
Realme GT 8 Key Specifications and Performance Hinted at Geekbench
The upcoming Realme GT 8 passed by Geekbench with the model number RMX6699. The listing confirmed the
Snapdragon 8 Elite, which is still a solid flagship processor that would still be used for months if Qualcomm hadn't changed its release schedule to September. The chipset has two Prime cores working at 4.32 GHz, and six operating at 3.53 GHz. The GPU is an Adreno 830. The Geekbench listing confirms 2,825 points in Geekbench's Single-Core test and 8,840 in the multi-core department.
The Geekbench listing also confirms 16 GB of RAM and Android 16. The device was previously seen in the AnTuTu Benchmark, where it scored about 3.32 million, revealing a top-notch performance that is only a few miles behind the new
Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. The device was also listed on
3C certification with a 100W charger. Realme GT 8 Alleged Specifications
As per the rumors, the Realme GT 8 will come with a flat OLED panel with 2K resolution. It will have a 144Hz refresh rate and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. The device will have a 7,000 mAh battery. Moreover, users can expect a glass back and a metal middle frame. At the moment, there is no information available about the camera specs of the device. The device is already confirmed in markets outside China. However, there is still no clarity around a possible global release for the GT 8 Pro.
