Xiaomi has officially set tomorrow, August 29, 2025, as the starting point for the
HyperOS 3 Beta program.
The first phones to get it are part of the newly launched Xiaomi 15 series, along with a couple of flagship
Redmi models and two large tablets.
First devices to be updated
Kicking off the update, the following eight products are on the list:
By focusing first on its latest high-end hardware, Xiaomi is giving early adopters a chance to explore what the new system can do.
Second wave in mid-September
Two and a half weeks later, on September 17, the rollout broadens. More phones join in, alongside tablets and even smart TVs. That stage covers models like the MIX Flip 2, the regular Redmi K80, several members of the Pad 7 family, and the TV S Pro Mini LED lineup. It’s a clear sign that Xiaomi sees HyperOS as more than just a mobile platform—it wants everything under the same roof.
Final phase before the end of September
The third step wraps things up by September 30. Foldables such as the MIX Fold 4, the MIX Flip, and the premium Xiaomi 14 Ultra Titanium Edition are included here. The Redmi K70 range and the Pad 6S Pro 12.4 will also be running the new system by then. In less than a month, most of Xiaomi’s flagship devices will be covered.
What users can expect
HyperOS 3 is about both looks and speed. Xiaomi has refreshed the icon set and status bar, refined its animations, and added a Dynamic Island-style interface for quicker interactions. On top of that, the company claims up to 30% faster performance, plus extras such as advanced call forwarding and smoother visual effects throughout the system.
In short, it’s an update aimed at making everyday use feel slicker while also tightening the connection across Xiaomi’s phones, tablets, and TVs.
