Xiaomi is gearing up to launch a new iteration for its T-series, in the form of
Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro. The devices in this lineup are usually cheaper than the regular numbered flagships, still they bring flagship performance with just a few compromises to reduce the price. According to a new
Geekbench run, the
Xiaomi 15T Pro will bring MediaTek's most powerful chipset to now, the Dimensity 9400+.
Xiaomi's Cost-Effective Flagship Runs on Dimensity 9400+
The Xiaomi 15T Pro
was certified by some regulators before, which indicates its release is close. Now, the device went through Geekbench AI to flex its muscles in a testing environment. The device appeared with model number 2506BPN68G. The listing confirms the device has MediaTek's Dimensity 9400+ variant. It boasts a clock of 3.73GHz on its prime core and the ARM Mali-G925 Immortalis MC12 GPU.
When it comes to the results, the device scored 1611 points in the single precision score, 1572 points in half precision, and 2,223 points in quantized results. The Geekbench listing also confirms Android 15 with 12 GB of RAM. We won't discard Android 16 and HyperOS 3 by the time the new smartphone releases. If it comes with Android 15, then an update will likely fall shortly after the launch.
Xiaomi 15T Pro Leaked Specifications
So far, the certifications have confirmed some details about the Xiaomi 15T Pro. The device will ship with a flat OLED display. We believe it has up 120Hz refresh rate, and we will bet on a 1.5K resolution since it has been the standard in this price point. The device has a triple-camera setup with a main 50 MP camera with OIS. There is also a 5,500 mAh battery with 90W fast-charging. Some rumors point to a metal build with IP69 rating.
Like we've mentioned before, considering the number of certifications and the benchmark listing, the Xiaomi 15T Pro should be in the final rounds before the release. We also expect a vanilla variant that should cut some corners for a more affordable price.
