It looks like ASUS plans to add another member in the “ZenFone Go” family of smartphones, after the official launch of ZenFone Go 5 LTE in India sometime ago, with a new one that will be called ZenFone 3 Go, which will be available in their home country (Taiwan) and several other markets.
ASUS confirmed the existence of this new model during a recent press event, and confirmed some of its technical specifications that seem quite interesting. The ASUS Zenfone 3 Go will pack a 5-inch HD display with 2.5D glass on the front, metallic body and it will be powered by a mediocre Snapdragon 410 SoC and 2GB of RAM.
It will be available in storage variants of 16/32/64GB and it will pack a 13MPixels main camera with 1.4 μm pixel size and single LED flash along with a 5MPixel selfie camera with its own front facing LED as well.
Like the ZenFone Go 5.0 LTE, the ZenFone 3 Go is expected to come with dual microphones and five-magnet speakers with smart amp for impressive audio experience. It will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, customized with the Zen UI 3.0, with a 2600 mAh battery and USB Type-C port.
You can expect it to be unveiled soon, and we will let you know when this happens.
