Samsung Galaxy Note 3 KitKat source code now available

Samsung has made available the Android v4.4 kernel source code it’s premier phablet, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

What this means is that tinkerers and developers from all around the globe can have a taste of KitKat before it officially starts seeding. However, a select few from Poland did receive Android v4.4.2 updates starting about a week back. It is a known fact that the Korean giant has an R&D center in the country, which is perhaps why Poland is favoured over other, larger markets.

The source code can be accessed via Samsung’s official website. The release of this source code gives us the indication that more markets apart from just Poland might receive a KitKat upgrade for the large screen smartphone in the coming days.
