Which will they release first? TD-SDCMA or WCDMA?

Wow, I did not understand that from earlier posts about the new SoC’s.
Which SoC’s are compatible with both TD-SDCMA and WCDMA? Any quadcore SoC’s too? And what about future SoC’s? Thanks!
