A trend is growing for 5-inch smartphones with high quality build and design, and it is one that we are surely going to see continue well in to next year. Phone makers from Cubot to OnePlus all have 5-inch metal bodied phones on sale, and now the Bluboo X9 has surfaced to take up its position.

Looking at the image of the phone it looks like the Bluboo X9 could be a neat alternative to the Ulefone Paris, especially if want something with a little more RAM and are after fingerprint security.

Not a bad looking device, rest of the specs are pretty standard for this price range but the fingerprint is a nice bonus.

Not only that…battery capacity is questionable, touchscreen problems, poor fingerprint sensor, average photos with blurry edges,…
I had big hopes for that phone, but obviously I’ll have to wait for another phone

Zte axon mini and honor 7i are good. But axon mini premium for 350-400$ is very good

              Battery capacity is real: 3000mAh.
              Touchscreen problema not in mine.
Fingerprint sensor works good (9/10), you only have to delete & save your fingerprint again. Or, as I recommend to every chinese mobile, record 2-3 times the same fingerprint to increase the performance exponentially.
Average photos/blurry edge with the stock camera app. With fxcamera, Google camera, lenovo camera, etc they are much much better. They need optimization (software). But you are right to point on that problem because the blurry edges could also be the use of a cheap optics (hardware)… Camera is, as always on 95% of these devices price range, good on daylight, average (to bad) with no light.

For the price (not the 170-180$ official, I mean the real 115-140$ that we paid on igogo, black Friday, or 11.11, etc) is a real good device.
              Premium, good looking, fast…
Negative points: no fast charge, no cristal on back, camera (to check).
