Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL is the company’s first Windows-powered phone

Alcatel OneTouch announced the Fierce XL earlier today, a phone that happens to be the company’s first Windows-powered device.

The Fierce XL runs Windows 10 Mobile and features fairly mid-range specifications.

For starters, it’s powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor running at 1.1GHz. Along with that, the Fierce XL has 2GB of RAM, 16GB on-board storage with microSD expansion.

A 5.5-inch 1280 x 720p HD display sits on top of the aforementioned internals. Other than that, the Fierce XL has a 2500mAh battery, an LED flash enabled 8 mega-pixel rear camera, a 2 mega-pixel front-facing camera besides the usual suite of wireless features, which includes 4G LTE support.

The Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL is set to be made available via T-Mobile stores in the coming weeks… however an exact date of availability isn’t known yet, nor is the pricing.
