Homtom have just announced that they are working on a new model specifically for the summer season and this Homtom HT16 will be mainly aimed at the younger generation. Probably due to the design and colorful options.
The color shades are going to be slightly colder, probably to be a refreshing factor in hot summer days and Homtom gave them some fancy though infantile names – Noble White, Gentle Black and Macaron Blue. Well without the homer glasses it’s just simple white, graffiti grey and blue-grey.

The back cover of the phone is going to be plastic with a light texture on it for better grip and will have unusual Homtom logo orientation, not horizontal, but vertical. Uhm okay. Display should be 5-inch one and with 8,9 mm thickness it’s quite questionable if they make it to look as subtle as they promise.
That’s about everything we know about the planned Homtom HT16 model so far and we have to wait for more information about the specs. But secretly i’m afraid it’s going to be yet another MT6580 variant.
