We’ve heard and talked a lot about the upcoming Snapdragon 821 phone from LeEco. It appears as though there’s finally a launch date for the phone.
The LeEco Le 2S Pro/Le 3 Pro/Le Pro 3 (we don’t know yet what it’ll be called) is set for launch on the 21st of September. The phone itself is going to be quite a powerhouse, as we’ve discussed before.
Gizchina News of the week
To quickly remind you of it, it’ll have a Snapdragon 821 processor (probably the first phone to ship with it), 6GB of RAM, 64GB on-board storage, a 16 mega-pixel camera, and a 5000mAh battery in a 7mm frame (I’m personally not quite sure about the last part, seems far-fetched for now). Here’s how it’s expected to look:
Anyway, with only less than 10 days to go, we definitely are excited. LeEco have always managed to catch our fancy with their designs, and hope for something similar — yet better — this time around with the Le Pro 3/2S Pro.
What are your expectations for an H2 2016 flagship from LeEco? By the way, Xiaomi seem to be preparing competition in the form of the Xiaomi Mi 5S also!
that camera is really ugly…
Also, I feel it’s happening again; amount of RAM is going up, whilst storage stays the same for many generations (even recent flagships had only 16GB of storage, same as my Galaxy S2 anno 2012…)
Xiaomi max? Vernee apollo lite? Bluboo maya max, elephone p9000, huawei, honor 8, meizu m3s, huawei p9, oukitel k6000 pro….
Should I continue?
Maybe the right question I should ask is was the cave warm??
I didn’t say that there are no phones with more; I just think that storage increases relatively slow. And I don’t mean current flagships, sorry.
says the Yeti…
looks good .. but will cost like $600
better than mi5s if amoled display
I’m surprised they didn’t just make the camera look like a kitty.
