Oppo F3 officially unveiled with dual selfie camera!


Today is the day for all those Oppo F3 fans, with the dual selfie smartphone having been officially unveiled today, as the “Selfie Expert” you’ve all been waiting for.

The really impressive smartphone comes with a 5.5-inch full HD in-Cell TFF display, protected by Gorilla Glass 5 and it’s equipped with a MediaTek MT6750T chipset (with 8 cores @ 1.5GHz) and a Mali T860 GPU. It offers 4GB of RAM for super smooth multi-tasking and comes in 64GB/128GB storage options with dedicated slots for two nano-sized SIM cards and a microSD card.oppo f3

It boasts a 13MP main camera on its back, with 1.3 inch sensor, LED flash and PDAF but surely the most important feature of a… “selfie expert” is its dual selfie camera in front and above its display. It uses a 1.2-inch 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture that supports 120-degree wide angle shooting and an 8-megapixel sensor, compatible with 76.4-degree wide angle shooting. The device comes with Beautify 4.0 app, Screen Flash, Palm Shutter, Selfie Panorama and Smart Facial Recognition software inside, that automatically chooses the right lens each time, in order to snap the best photos depending on the different outdoor conditions. 

It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, sprinkled with Color OS 3.0 and full network connectivity features like 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz and 5 GHz), v4.0 Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack and microUSB port. It also relies on a front facing fingerprint scanner placed in front for security, and packs a 3200mAh battery. It’s dimensions are 153.3 x 75.3 x7.3 mm and weighs a mere 153 gr.

The Oppo F3 is available for pre orders starting today with a price tag of Rs. 19,990 ($311) in India and all shipments will begin on May 13.
