Chinese electronics maker has been very active in the last weeks. They are currently running a campaign on Indiegogo as well as showing off some new tablets and a mini PC at the CES2018 taking place in Las Vegas. Do you want to know more about their products? Keep reading!

Chuwi CoreBook

Let’s begin with the Indiegogo campaign where Chuwi just reached the $200K stretch goal for its 2-in-1 tablet powered by an Core M3 processor – the CoreBook. The promise of upgrading the 128GB of eMMC 5.1 storage to SSD for every backer is officially a reality (and free).

The Chuwi CoreBook campaign will come to an end in 5 days (at the time of writing), so if you’re still unsure you should hurry up, because, according to various rumors, the product will be from $20 to $50 more expensive after the campaign is over. Chuwi Hi9

As far as Android tablets go, Chuwi just launched the Chuwi Hi9. A tablet equipped with a MediaTek 8173 chipset that is coupled with a GX6250 GPU and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat to guarantee a good Android gaming experience. The Hi9 sports a 8.4-inch with an insane 2560*1600 resolution on a 16:9 IPS display, which makes it a great device to read text on, due to the high pixel count. To make sure you always have enough memory and space to run and store games, apps and data, Chuwi also equipped with it with 4 GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage (expandable to up to 128GB).

The built-in 5,000mAh battery will then provide 7 to 8 hours of autonomy, it supports 5V/3A charging, bluetooth 4.0 and it features a 2MP front facing cam and a 5MP rear shooter.

Chuwi Hi9

According to the bit of news coming from CES, Chuwi is also working on another Android tablet named Hi9 Air. Which, judging from the name we expect to be thinner than the older brother, just like what they did with the LapBook Air.

The Hi9 Air will be coming with a bigger 10.8-inch 3:2 IPS screen and it’ll be powered by the same MediaTek 8176 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage (expandable to 128GB). The tablet will run on Android 8.0 Oreo and sport a 1920*1280 resolution.

Lastly, the device will pack a surprisingly high resolution 5MP front camera and an 8MP rear one as well as a fingerprint scanner.

Chuwi GBox Pro

At the CES 2018, Chuwi also showed off a mini pc called GBox Pro equipped with the new 8-gen Intel core i5 processor coupled with an HBM2 GPU. It comes with a remote controller in the package and plenty of expansion interfaces.

Chuwi SurBook Pro

Finally, the new Chuwi SurBook Pro with an Intel Gemini Lake CPU, a 12-inch 3:2 IPS display with a resolution of 2160*1440 pixels, along with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage (expandable to 256GB) has been launched. The 2-in-1 tablet/laptop also packs a 2MP front facing camera and a 5MP rear camera.
