The recently leaked LG Aristo 2 which is coming to Metro PCS and T-Mobile was just spotted in an extensive unboxing video. The unofficial boxing comes even as the release of the phone seem very near. Even though there aren’t any release dates we expect the entry-level device to launch within the next week in the US.
The LG Aristo 2 is the successor of the LG Aristo that launched with a $59 price tag (prepaid) on the same carriers as the Aristo 2.
If you’re interested in the device, the leaked unboxing should be enough to satisfy your all informational needs regarding the product. Nevertheless, we mention the major specs here.
The LG Aristo 2 will surely sport a 5-inch HD display, a Snapdragon 425 chip and 2 gigs of RAM along with 16 GB of expandable storage. Further, it has a removable back and houses a 2,410 mAh battery to keep the lights on. In terms of software, it is seen running Android Nougat out of the box.
In the camera segment, LG has packed the handset with a 13 MP rear shooter with LED and a 5 MP selfie taker in the front. Surprisingly, for the lack of all cutting-edge features, LG brings face unlock to the handset despite it having a fingerprint scanner.
For more details, you can check out the video above. Now all that remains to be known is the price and availability of the phone. We expect that to be clear when the phone launches probably next week.
