Once again it’s that time of the year you can get pretty excited for the largest mobile tech show from February 26th up until March 1st in Barcelona. At the Mobile World Congress (MWC) we are going to get some pretty exciting new devices from various phone manufacturers, including China-based Ulefone brand.

At Ulefone they do indeed claim they’re going to bring some really big hits at MWC and they will show off their new flagship phone named Ulefone T2 Pro at the exhibition.

Even more exciting news it’s to learn that the T2 Pro will be the world’s first handset equipped with the new and powerful MediaTek Helio P70 processor. We’ve known that MediaTek have been working on the mid/high-end processor for a while now. The Helio P70 chipset stands out for its powerful yet efficient Cortex-A73 processors, advanced 12nm FinFET technology, AI-powered DSP and Google’s second-generation machine learning TensorFlow technology, resulting in a premium overall performance yet lower energy consumption.

According to previously shown Antutu scores, the Helio P70 processor also performs better than a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 CPU and is very close to the results we get on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835.

The Ulefone T2 Pro should also sport a trendy dual camera setup on the back and potentially an in-display fingerprint scanner. Final specs of the T2 Pro are yet to be released.

If you’re going to MWC you’ll find Ulefone at booth 7I61 in Hall 7, Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, Barcelona, Spain from February 26 to March 1, 2018.
