LG’s ‘Judy’ flagship model number revealed ahead of launch

As per the rumor and leak trail from the recent past, LG next flagship Smartphone and successor to the LG G6 will be marketed as LG Judy. popular tipster Evan Blass had earlier before the MWC commenced hinted that the device could launch as early as June with some cutting-edge specs that should make it stand against the likes of Galaxy S9, HTC, and Huawei flagship.

Today, the same Evan Blass is back with more update on the upcoming flagship LG Judy. According to Blass, the Judy model number will be the: LG G710 which is very much in line with the G600 model number of the Korean variant of the LG G6.

This revelation, however, contradicts Blass earlier tweet where he hinted that the next flagship phone from LG won’t be named G7, if the LG Judy moniker is actually been considered, it makes sense to give it a model number that would differentiate it from previous model numbers of the G series.

The LG Judy is rumored to come with a 6.1-inch, 18:9 aspect ratio, MLCD+ technology (with white sub-pixels) and a high 800-nit brightness that consumes 35 percent less power than a typical IPS LCD panel.

The flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM is expected to power the device, while a dual 16-megapixel camera setup is expected to adorn the rear.

Whatever be the case, we still have to wait for 4 good months before the Judy is unveiled, but we do hope to get confirmation and further specs details from LG mobile in the following weeks.
