The Galaxy J4 and J6 are two budget smartphones upcoming from the Korean phone make shortly. The Galaxy J4 particularly has been spotted at the NCC, Geekbench, while the Galaxy J6 has received FCC certification in April. However, the duo’s specifications have now been reported by SamMobile.
The Galaxy J6 is what you want to be looking at first as it comes with a more modern appeal. It features a 5.6-inch AMOLED Infinity Display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Display resolution hasn’t been reported but prediction is that it will be at least HD+(1480×720p). As for horsepower, the J6 is equipped with a middling Exynos 7870 octa-core chip clocked at 1.6GHz. If the report is right, the handset has a single 13MP shooter at the back and an 8MP shooter at the front, unlike the J7 Duo. Also present are components such as the fingerprint reader, dual SIM slots and Android 8.0 Oreo. You’ll be getting a lot of options in terms of RAM and storage as the publication states 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM, 32GB/64GB internal storage as options.
The Galaxy J4 is a step down from the Galaxy J6. It doesn’t come with the Infinity Display and instead has a 5.5-inch conventional 720p panel. The chipset is also of a low order being an Exynos 7570 clocked at 1.4GHz. It will have a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP selfie shooter powered by a 3,000mAh battery. Other noted schematics include dual SIM, LTE, and Android 8.0 Oreo.
